College students and graduates, my name is First Lieutenant Michael McNicoll
and I am the Officer Selection Officer for the Marine Corps in Northern Colorado,
Wyoming, South Dakota, and Nebraska.  I select highly motivated individuals to
attend one of the top leadership programs in the world.

The mission of the Marine Corps Officer Programs is to select qualified applicants
for our paid summer leadership internships and career opportunities for college
students and graduates. We also prepare current Candidates in their leadership,
physical and academic development for Officer Candidate School. Applicants can
be guaranteed options in Aviation, as well as Ground, Law or Reserve programs.

**THIS IS NOT AN ROTC PROGRAM**
Our programs are done on a volunteer basis. There are
no service obligations for
students in our internship or graduate programs. This is how we are able to keep
our Marine Corps strong with motivated leaders.

The Marine Officer Candidate School is an elite leadership program that
the top business schools look to for additional depth to their programs.
